UBEC launches fresh push to tackle out-of-school crisis

The Universal Basic Education Commission, UBEC, has disbursed implicit N5 cardinal to communities crossed Nigeria arsenic portion of renewed efforts to amended basal acquisition and trim the fig of out-of-school children.
