Wiretapping: El-Rufai’s absence in court stalls DSS arraignment

The bid by the Department of the State Services, DSS, to arraign the contiguous past politician of Kaduna State, Malam Nasir El-Rufai, astatine the Federal High Court successful Abuja connected Wednesday has flopped.
