18-year-old dies after falling into pond in Kano

An 18-year-old man, Abdullahi Aminu, has died aft falling into a pond astatine Kofar Gabas successful Danbatta Local Government Area of Kano State.

The Public Relations Officer of the Kano State Fire Service, ACFO Saminu Yusif Abdullahi, disclosed this successful a connection issued on Wednesday.

According to the statement, the incidental occurred on Tuesday at astir 3:28 p.m.

The Fire Service said it received a distress telephone from Aminu Lawan, who reported that his lad had fallen into a pond.

“Upon receiving the report, our unit from the Danbatta Fire Station instantly mobilised to the scene,” the connection said.
