Abuja court shifts hearing of suit seeking to halt conduct of Oyo LG elections

The plaintiff, Akinloye Olusegun Oyeniyi, had dragged the Oyo State Independent Electoral Commission, OYSIEC, and the Independent National Electoral Commission,  INEC, who are 1st and 2nd respondents successful the matter, respectively, earlier the court, urging the tribunal to halt the behaviour of the elections.
