2027: Supreme Court Judgment supersedes FHC ruling — SDP to INEC, Gabam

The National Working Committee of the Social Democratic Party, led by Prof. Sodiq Gombe, has made an important clarification regarding a Federal High Court judgement being paraded by its embattled erstwhile acting chairman, Shehu Gabam. 

In a connection on Friday by the absorption party’s spokesperson, Araba Aiyenigba told the Independent National Electoral Commission that the crushed upon which the FHC judgement was based has been acceptable speech by the Supreme Court. 

This comes pursuing a highcourt judgement submitted to INEC by Gabam and its ineligible word laying caller siege to the enactment leadership. 

However, SDP told INEC that the said judgement has been appealed against by the party, and it is present pending earlier the Court of Appeal.
