The Nigerian Ports Authority, NPA, has announced that 27 vessels are scheduled to get astatine 3 large ports successful Lagos wrong the adjacent 2 weeks.

According to the authority’s Daily Shipping Position released on Monday, the vessels are expected astatine the Apapa, Lekki Deep Sea and Tin Can Island Ports between September 7 and September 20.

The NPA said 10 of the vessels would get with containers containing assorted commodities, portion the remaining ships would bring crude oil, aviation fuel, wide cargo, bulk gypsum, sweetener and salt.

The authorization besides disclosed that 7 vessels and tanker ships had already arrived astatine the 3 ports and were awaiting berthing.

The vessels waiting to berth are expected to discharge bulk urea, petrol and diesel.

Meanwhile, 20 different vessels are presently engaged successful cargo discharge operations astatine the ports, according to the NPA.

The commodities being discharged see bulk wheat, containers, caller fish, wide cargo, bulk fertiliser, pallets, bulk urea, bulk state and petrol.
