A witnesser of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Richard Agulu, has told the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, that helium did not instrumentality instructions for outgo into companies’ accounts straight from erstwhile Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, Godwin Emefiele, successful respect of the disputed 753 lodging units successful Abuja.

During the cross-examination, the witnesser admitted transferring implicit N5 cardinal without pursuing owed process into the relationship of 2 companies, Ifeadigo and Kelvito Investment.

He said owed process oregon banking procedures were not followed due to the fact that the transportation transactions into the 2 companies were carried retired extracurricular the banking hours.
