AAC rejects DSS suspension of Sowore’s case, gives reason

The African Action Congress, AAC, has rejected the reported suspension of the lawsuit against its 2027 statesmanlike candidate, Omoyele Sowore, by the Department of State Services, DSS.

In a connection by its National Publicity Secretary, Rex Elanu, on Sunday, the AAC asked the DSS to instantly discontinue the prosecution of Sowore.

The party’s request followed reports that the concealed constabulary had suspended its prosecution of Sowore until aft the 2027 statesmanlike election.

Recall that the DSS ordered its backstage counsel, Akinolu Kehinde, SAN, to instrumentality steps to suspend the alleged cyberbullying lawsuit instituted against Sowore until aft the 2027 statesmanlike election.

The improvement came against the backdrop of a gathering betwixt the Director-General of the DSS, Tosin Ajayi, the elder lawyer and apical officials of the agency’s ineligible directorate.

The AAC, however, said it did not see the reported suspension of the lawsuit sufficient.
