Abuja driver sentenced to death by hanging for killing boss, wife

A Federal Capital Territory, FCT High Court successful Abuja, connected Wednesday, sentenced Jonathan Markus to decease by hanging for sidesplitting his 82-year-old boss, Ezekiel Adebola, and 67-year-old wife, Abiodun.

DAILY POST reports that Jonathan, a erstwhile operator to the deceased was connected 1st April, 2024 arrested by operatives of the FCT Police Command pursuing the decease of the brag and his woman successful Apo Legislative Quarters, Abuja.

Upon his arrest, the incidental was subjected to extended probe and consequent prosecution by the FCT Police.

The present convict was tracked to Obajana, Kogi State, wherever helium had gone into hiding aft helium committed the transgression and helium was moved backmost to Abuja for further investigation.

The past fishy was subsequently arraigned earlier the FCT High Court, wherever the FCT Command prosecuted the case.

After evaluating the grounds adduced by the prosecution and proceeding the submissions of counsel, Hon. Justice M. S. Idris of the FCT High Court held that the prosecution had proved its lawsuit beyond tenable uncertainty and consequently, sentenced the convict to death.
