The Adamawa State House of Assembly has passed a measure outlining the rights and responsibilities of landlords and tenants.

In essence, the measure provides mechanisms for resolving disputes betwixt landlords and tenants and seeks to support some parties against unfair treatment.

Tagged the Tenancy and Recovery of Premises Bill, it was passed aft the House adopted the study of its Committee connected Housing and Urban Development, presented by the committee president and subordinate representing Ganye Constituency, Misa Musa.
