An aggrieved governmental association, All Democratic Alliance, ADA, and its Protem Director of Mobilization, Ahidjo Ibrahim Karlahi person dragged the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, earlier the Federal High Court successful Abuja praying for an bid of the Court to compel the electoral assemblage to retreat the registration of the Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC, arsenic a governmental enactment successful Nigeria
