A nationalist affairs analyst, Mustapha Mohammed, has urged the Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee connected Downstream Petroleum, Ikenga Ugochinyere, to let the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) to hole the Port Harcourt and different state-owned refineries.
