Niger State Governor, Mohammed Umaru Bago, has insisted that the authorities deserves a 13 percent derivation from the Federal Government, citing the dense biology and economical load caused by recurrent flooding from the Kainji, Jebba, Shiroro and Zungeru hydropower dams.
