Benue: SEMA demands compulsory life jackets after boat mishap

The Benue State Emergency Management Agency, Benue-SEMA, has called for the compulsory wearing of beingness jackets by passengers and operators connected the state’s waterways pursuing a vessel mishap that claimed 3 lives and near 8 radical missing.
