Bishops urge Tinubu to release Nnamdi Kanu

The Charismatic Bishops Conference of Nigeria (CBCN) has appealed to President Bola Tinubu to merchandise the jailed person of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu.

The bishops made the entreaty to the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), George Akume, during the CBCN’s 2026 Synod successful Abuja on Wednesday.
