CDCFIB recruitment: FG disowns postponement notice

The Federal Ministry of Interior has dismissed a wide circulated announcement claiming that the ongoing recruitment workout by the Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board, CDCFIB, has been postponed until aft the 2027 wide election.

 The ministry described the papers with the title: “CDCFIB Recruitment Update”, dated August 11, 2026, arsenic fake and fraudulently attributed to the Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo. 

In a connection issued on Thursday, it said, “The Ministry wishes to authorities unequivocally that this property merchandise is fake, unauthorised, and fraudulent. The Minister did not motion oregon contented this statement”.
