Court affirms APC primary election in Jigawa, dismisses suit challenging outcome 

A Federal High Court successful Dutse has affirmed the All Progressives Congress (APC) superior predetermination for the Hadejia/Auyo/Kafin Hausa Federal Constituency successful Jigawa State, which produced Aliyu Hussaini Usaini Jabo arsenic the party’s candidate.

Delivering a judgement connected the matter, Justice Muhammad Ibrahim held that the tribunal lacked jurisdiction to entertain the matter, ruling that the suit was incompetent due to the fact that it was filed extracurricular the 14-day play prescribed by instrumentality for pre-election matters.
