Court grants Alison-Madueke’s plea to present UK acquittal judgment in EFCC case

The Federal High Court successful Abuja on Wednesday granted an exertion filed by erstwhile Minister of Petroleum, Diezani Alison-Madueke, to contiguous grounds of her acquittal by the Southwark Crown Court successful London, UK.

Justice Inyang Ekwo granted the question connected announcement moved by Diezani’s lawyer, Godwin Iyinbor, which was not challenged by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, counsel, Mofesomo Oyetibo, SAN.
