Court threatens to dimiss suit against FHC Chief Judge, Justice Lifu in alleged bias suit 

The Federal High Court successful Abuja on Tuesday threatened to disregard a suit filed against the Chief Judge of the court, Justice John Tsoho, and Justice Peter Lifu for deficiency of diligent prosecution.
