Defence Minister accuses El-Rufai of planning Southern Kaduna massacres

The Minister of Defence, General Christopher Musa, rtd, has accused erstwhile Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, of taking actions that deepened divisions and contributed to insecurity successful the authorities during his administration.
