Delta court sends 54-year-old man to prison for defiling stepdaughter

‎A Delta State High Court sitting successful Isiokolo,Ethiope-East Local Government Area person sent 54-year-old man, Samson Nagboje 20 years successful situation for unlawfully having carnal cognition of his four-year-old stepdaughter (name withheld).

The Prosecution was led by an Assistant Director successful the Delta State Ministry of Justice, Miss Phoebian Onomakpome. 

She noted that the offence occurred connected May 14, 2020, astatine Eloh Compound, Ovu, successful Ethiope East Local Government Area of Delta State.

‎The prosecution counsel hinted the tribunal that Nagboje unlawfully had carnal cognition of his stepdaughter, an offence contrary to the laws of Delta State.

After the decision of the trial, Justice Aforkeya recovered him blameworthy and sentenced him to 20 years’ imprisonment.
