The Department of State Services, DSS, has arrested a retired serviceman of the Service, Nwaogu Ihechimere Ezeakolam, for allegedly associating with the proscribed violent organisation, the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB.
Ezeakolam, who is presently being held successful the Service’s detention facility, is to beryllium enactment connected proceedings astatine the Federal High Court successful Abuja connected a four-count charge.
