EFCC issues fresh summons to ex-Gov Sylva over alleged fraud 

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has issued a caller summons to erstwhile Bayelsa State Governor, Timipre Sylva, implicit an alleged $14.86 cardinal fraud.
