The Enugu Zonal Directorate of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has re-arraigned a ineligible practitioner, Mike Ikegbunam, earlier the Federal High Court sitting successful Enugu implicit an alleged N91 cardinal onshore fraud.
