El-Rufai’s lawyer withdraws three applications in Kaduna corruption case

Former Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai has withdrawn 3 applications filed successful his ongoing corruption lawsuit aft his caller lawyer apologised to the Kaduna State High Court.

At Wednesday’s proceeding earlier Justice Darius Khobo, El-Rufai’s lawyer, Paul Erokoro, SAN, asked the tribunal for support to retreat the earlier applications and said helium had filed a caller one.

He apologised to the court, saying the pending applications were “combative successful nature.”
