The Supreme Court, on Wednesday, reserved judgement successful 3 antithetic appeals filed by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, against a Court of Appeal judgement voiding parts of the Electoral Act 2026 dealing with governmental enactment primaries and rank registers.
