Emir of Zazzau confirms Isiaka Abdulrazaq as Tafidan Yamman Zazzau

The Emir of Zazzau, Ahmed Huh Bamalli, has confirmed the assignment of Mallam Isiaka Abdulrazaq arsenic Tafidan Yamman Zazzau.
