The House of Representatives Committee probing the contentious Presidential Foreign Investment Promotion Council, PFIPC, connected Monday, ordered the Inspector-General of Police, Olatunji Disu, to produce the alleged mastermind of the fake scheme, Mr Adeyemi Martin, earlier it connected Wednesday by 12 noon.
The committee gave the bid aft the Nigeria Police Force confirmed cardinal aspects of its ongoing transgression investigation, including petitions from the Office of the Chief of Staff to the President.
The petitions alleged that Adeyemi fraudulently presented himself arsenic the director-general of the purported Presidential Economic Advisory Council and the Presidential Foreign Investment Promotion Council.
Chairman of the committee, Rep Yusuf Gagdi, held that Adeyemi’s quality had go indispensable due to the fact that of the gravity of the allegations and their implications for individuals and authorities institutions.
