FG disowns viral documents on intervention programme

The Federal Ministry of Water Resources and Sanitation has disowned documents circulating online connected the 100,000-hectare Multi-Crop Project, saying they are unauthorised and misleading.

The ministry said this successful a nationalist disclaimer issued by the Office of the Permanent Secretary connected Wednesday.

It said the documents, attributed to CARECOM COMFAS and the RBDA National Agricultural Intervention Programme, did not emanate from the ministry.

The documents see a contractor registration signifier for input suppliers, an implementation and tract operations infographic, and a stream basin improvement authorities and multi-crop task alignment map.

The ministry urged the public, stakeholders and partners to disregard the documents and debar relying connected them for authoritative purposes.
