The Publicity Secretary of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, Bolaji Abdullahi, has said helium is unhappy implicit the determination of the erstwhile politician of Anambra State, Peter Obi, and his Kano counterpart, Rabiu Kwankwaso, to dump the party.
