ICPC opposes fresh bail application by El-Rufai as court adjourns hearing

The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission, ICPC, has filed a counter-affidavit successful absorption to a caller bail exertion filed by the erstwhile politician of Kaduna State, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, successful the ongoing lawsuit earlier the Kaduna State High Court.

At the resumed proceeding of the substance connected Tuesday, counsel to the defendant, Mr. Ubong Akpang, informed the tribunal of a pending bail application, emphasising that it concerns the defendant’s liberty.
