Lagos govt urges abattoir operators to turn waste into wealth

The Lagos State Government has intensified its run against biology pollution, urging operators of abattoirs and slaughterhouses to clasp discarded betterment and research ways of turning slaughtering by-products into economically utile materials.

The workshop, themed “Red to Green: From Waste Disposal to Resource Recovery,” was organised to beforehand sustainable handling of abattoir discarded portion examining ways of converting discarded materials into invaluable resources.
