Former Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, SAN, has announced plans to situation the Federal High Court judgement ordering the last forfeiture of 48 properties linked to him.
The determination follows Wednesday’s judgement by the Federal High Court successful Abuja, wherever Justice Joyce Abdulmalik granted the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC’s exertion for the last forfeiture of the properties.
