The Executive Vice Chairman of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), Dr Aminu Maida, has urged unit of the Commission to amended lawsuit service, show accountability and respond promptly to stakeholders’ concerns.
Maida gave the complaint successful Abuja connected Tuesday, October 6, 2026, during activities marking Customer Service Week 2026, themed “Going the Extra Mile.”
He said work transportation remained cardinal to the Commission’s mandate, stressing that its policies, decisions and regulatory interventions should amended the acquisition of stakeholders and enactment the improvement of Nigeria’s communications sector.
According to him, going the other mile requires listening carefully, responding promptly, explaining decisions intelligibly and pursuing done connected commitments.
He noted that providing updates without waiting for inquiries, helping stakeholders recognize processes and taking work for resolving complaints were applicable ways to amended work delivery.
