NCC reviews MVNO business rules to deepen competition, expand telecom access

Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has initiated a reappraisal of the Mobile Virtual Network Operators, MVNO, Business Rules to heighten contention and broaden entree to telecommunications services wrong the nation.

Dr. Aminu Maida, the Executive Vice-Chairman, EVC, of the NCC, made this announcement during a one-day MVNO Business Rule Stakeholders Forum organized by the committee on Thursday in Abuja.

The EVC was represented by Mr. Usman Mamman, the Director of Licensing and Authorisation.
