NDLEA nabs 58-year-old grandfather, 8 others for drugs trafficking

The Edo State Command of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, has arrested a 58-year-old gramps and 8 others for alleged drugs peddling successful the state.

The Edo State Commander of Narcotics, Dr Mitchell Ofoyeju who disclosed this to newsmen successful a connection made disposable to newsmen successful Benin City said the suspects were apprehended crossed assorted blistery spots successful the state. 

Ofoyeju gave the statistic of the arrested suspects to see 5 males and 4 females respectively.

He said the arrested grandfather, identified arsenic Musa Muhammed from Bauchi State was caught with cannabis sativa, 280 grams, Loud 35 grams, Colorado, 1.4 grams.

He besides disclosed that a 17-year-old Anna Agbona 17 years old, from Edo State, was caught with 25 grams of Tramado.

Other arrested suspects are Ebere Anthony, 55, from Delta, with Cannabis sativa 1.5kg; Gift Oliseyenum, 31, from Delta with Cannabis sativa 74 grams, Loud 45 grams, Colorado 2.5 grams, methamphetamine 4.7 grams.

“Boniface George, 27,  from Delta, recovered with Cannabis sativa: 195 grams; and Muzamilu Mustapha, 28, from Katsina with Loud: 40 grams, and Cannabis sativa: 80 grams.
