NECO releases 2026 BECE results, schedules re-sit examination

The National Examinations Council, NECO, has released the results of the 2026 Basic Education Certificate Examination, BECE.

A full of 186,291 candidates registered for the examination, which covered 12 subjects. 

The candidates were drawn from the 36 states of the federation, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), and 5 overseas countries.

The introspection commenced connected April 20 and concluded connected April 30, 2026.

The results were approved and released pursuing the palmy decision of the 2026 BECE Award Committee Meeting held astatine NECO Headquarters successful Minna, Niger State.
