The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, connected Wednesday revealed that it has recovered implicit N115 cardinal successful statutory levies owed to the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, by defaulting lipid companies betwixt 2021 and 2023.

EFCC representative, Mr. Francis Oka-Phillips Usani, disclosed this during the committee’s probe of the Nigeria Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative, NEITI, 2021–2023 Oil and Gas Sector Audit findings.
Usani said 43 lipid companies were investigated, retired of which 24 operating wrong the Niger Delta were recovered to person outstanding liabilities.
