The Niger State Police Command has arrested 139 suspects pursuing a crackdown connected alleged transgression activities linked to an unlawful and convulsive rally successful Suleja, with 64 of those arrested subsequently arraigned and remanded successful a correctional centre.

Abiodun explained that astatine the extremity of the raids, 139 suspects were arrested astatine antithetic locations.

According to him, “Following screening and investigation, 64 of the suspects were allegedly recovered successful possession of ample quantities of suspected cannabis, unsafe weapons, scissors, knives, cutlasses and 4 unrecorded cartridges”.
