NSCDC arrests four suspected drug dealers in Kano

The Kano State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has arrested 4 suspected illicit cause dealers successful Kano.

The suspects were arrested during a covert cognition carried retired by operatives of the corps’ Counter Terrorism Unit based successful Dorayi Babba, Gwale Local Government Area.

The suspects were identified arsenic Abubakar Abdullahi, 35; Rabiu Baffa, 25; Aminu Lawan, 35; and Ibrahim Idris, 33. They are each residents of Gaida successful Kumbotso Local Government Area.

The NSCDC said the arrests followed credible quality and a covert cognition astatine Gaida.

Items recovered from the suspects included 4 sachets of Pregabalin 300mg capsules, popularly known arsenic “PG”; dozens of Diazepam tablets, locally called “Fara”; 3 tubes of Oshin Solution, besides known arsenic “Sholisho”; and 3 large packs and 20 parcels of suspected marijuana.

The NSCDC Kano State Commandant, Mohammed Hassan Agalama, said the corps had completed its preliminary probe and would manus implicit the 4 suspects and the recovered items to the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency successful Kano for further probe and ineligible action.
