NSCDC arrests two suspected cable vandals in Kwara

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Kwara State Command, has arrested 2 suspected transformer cablegram vandals successful the Tanke-Iledu assemblage of Ilorin, the authorities capital.
