Ohanaeze urges Nigerian govt to rehabilitate Owerri-Aba Expressway

The Global Executive Committee of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide, the apex Igbo socio-cultural organisation, has urged the Federal Government to urgently rehabilitate and reconstruct the Owerri-Aba Expressway.
