The Accord Party governorship campaigner and incumbent politician of Osun State, Ademola Adeleke, has secured the highest fig of votes successful Osogbo Local Government Area successful the state’s governorship predetermination held on Saturday, August 15.
The effect was announced by the Osogbo Local Government Collation Officer, Dr Udom, astatine the authorities collation centre successful Osogbo.
Adeleke, who is seeking a 2nd word successful office, polled 36,480 votes to decision his closest rival, the All Progressives Congress candidate, Bola Oyebamiji, who recorded 30,474 votes.
The African Democratic Congress, ADC, candidate, Najeem Salaam, finished a distant 3rd with 1,503 votes.
