Osun election: ‘I was misrepresented’ – Fadahunsi claims amid knocks over violence comment

Senator Francis Fadahunsi has denied claims that helium incited unit up of the Osun State governorship election, insisting that a viral video circulating connected societal media misrepresented his comments.

The Osun East legislator said portions of his code were deliberately edited to make a mendacious content of what helium really said during a governmental gathering.

“My attraction has been drawn to an edited video being circulated by Davido connected TikTok and Pelumi Olajengbesi connected different societal media platforms.

“The video was deliberately edited to distort what I really said,” Fadahunsi claimed.

Clarifying his remarks, the lawmaker stated that helium was reacting to the alleged sidesplitting of enactment members successful Ilesa and different parts of Osun State.

“What I said was that if the alleged sidesplitting of our enactment members by Accord Party thugs does not stop, our enactment volition retaliate.

“I was referring to the continued unit and attacks against our members successful Ilesa and different parts of the state,” helium said.

Fadahunsi stressed that his comments were a telephone for justness and the extortion of lives, not an endorsement of violence.
