PFIPC scandal: Judge refuses to hear Adeyemi’s rights enforcement suit, returns case file

Justice Obiora Egwuatu of the Federal High Court successful Abuja has returned the lawsuit record of the detained self-styled Director-General of the Presidential Foreign Investment Promotion Council, PFIPC, Adeniyi Adeyemi to the Chief Judge of the Court, Justice John Tsoho, for re-assignment to different Judge.
