Plateau board gives owners seven days to remove illegal structures

The Jos Metropolitan Development Board (JMDB) has ordered the removal of amerciable roadside structures crossed Plateau State, giving owners of the affected structures 7 moving days to comply earlier enforcement begins.

In a connection signed by its General Manager, Arch. Hart Bankat, the Board directed owners of unauthorised kiosks, canopies, umbrellas, makeshift stalls, car lavation facilities, car income stands, impermanent shelters and different amerciable structures built on highways, roadworthy setbacks, roundabouts and government-reserved areas to region them wrong the stipulated period.
