Plateau: Mutfwang receives Dariye-led report, vows lasting peace through dialogue

Governor Caleb Mutfwang of Plateau State has reaffirmed his administration’s unwavering committedness to achieving lasting bid done inclusive dialogue, organization reforms, and strengthened collaboration with the Federal Government.

Mutfwang stated this astatine the submission of a broad study by the strategical committee constituted aft the state’s high-level engagement with President Bola Tinubu.

Receiving the study astatine the Old Government House, Rayfield, Jos, the Governor described the papers as, “a strategical roadmap that would usher informed dialog and applicable interventions aimed astatine addressing the analyzable information and socio-political challenges confronting Plateau State.”

The committee, chaired by the erstwhile Governor of the State, Senator Joshua Dariye, was established, to harmonise issues raised during the Plateau State delegation’s sojourn to President Tinubu, which was to make a broad engagement docket with the Presidency, place precedence areas requiring Federal Government intervention, and urge sustainable measures to beforehand peace, security, societal cohesion, and development.
