The Anambra State Police Command has has arraigned 12 suspects for assorted offences ranging from alleged rape, defilement, kid maltreatment and others.
A connection by the spokesperson, SP Tochukwu Ikenga, disclosed that the arraignment is successful enactment with the committedness of the bid to support women and children.
