Operatives of the Edo State Police Command person rescued an abducted cattle dealer, Peter Balogun, from a kidnappers’ hideout pursuing an intelligence-driven cognition successful the state.

The command’s spokesperson, CSP Eno Ikoedem, disclosed that Balogun was abducted by suspected kidnappers connected July 7, 2026, on the Igarra–Auchi Expressway and was rescued connected July 15 aft an intensive hunt operation.
