‘Public money deserves clear plan’ — Atiku aide questions Tinubu over coastal highway

Paul Ibe, media adjutant to the statesmanlike campaigner of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, Atiku Abubakar, has questioned the Tinubu administration’s readying and backing of the 750km Lagos-Calabar coastal highway, asking wherefore operation began without a azygous engineering plan covering the full project.
